Endo International plc (NASDAQ: ENDP) announced on July 5, 2017 that is signed a definitive agreement for the sale of Mexico City based Grupo Farmaceutico Somar to Advent International for approximately 124 million dollars subject to cash adjustments, debt and working capital.
